Hi, I am Cheryl!

​

I am a wisdom-whisperer coach, award-winning speaker, and career counsellor. I am a pragmatic coach. In my 20-year career in Social Services, I have racked up over 15,000 expert hours of coaching, mentoring, counselling, and support for individuals of all diversities.  I have developed and co-developed workshops and programs to support the improvement of life skills and personal development, and to encourage others in their transformation. I have facilitated and coached over 1,000 individuals – 1:1 and in groups – which has transformed the lives of many men, women, youth, and young adults, permanently altering their life trajectories throughout the GTA.

My own story and my decision to transform my life in finding peace is the inspiration behind my mission with New Leaf Connection. After years of not allowing myself to dream, to want more for me and from myself, to engage in my own life and take control of my mind, to live in abundance and not scarcity, to believe - why not me- has led me here.  I teach, mentor, coach, and empower young adults to understand that it is possible to live in this world with peace, true happiness, and power – self-power - even when circumstances are not in your favour.  I coach young adults not only to become masters of themselves by transforming their mind – spiritual and literally- but also that they can end the destructive cycles of limiting beliefs and become unshakable.  Together we are creating a new reality, a new family dynamic, new community engagement, a new world.
